1. Membership shall be restricted as outlined within the By-laws.
2. A person interested in membership must attend three (3) consecutive regular meetings
before his/her sponsor may ask the Membership Committee to issue a ballot.
3. Should a member fail to attend three (3) consecutive meetings, for other than valid
reasons as determined by the Membership Committee, their membership shall be
considered vacated and they shall be removed from the membership roll. Reinstatement
will be through the regular procedure for new members as outlined above.
4. Other Types of Memberships:
Retired – Shall request yearly of the Membership Committee to remain on membership
list. Retired members must attend at lease one meeting yearly. A retired member who
attends at least half of the scheduled monthly meetings need not apply the next year.
Life Members – Life membership is a special designation that is voted by the general
membership committee and ratified by the general membership. A unanimous vote is
required. A member is eligible for consideration for life membership after ten (10) years
membership.
