Meeting Overview

1. The Steering Committee will assign the host companies each year for the eight (8) regular
   monthly meetings.

2. All members will host a meeting.

3. Each host chairperson will be responsible to the Steering Committee to provide:

• A place to meet
• An approved agenda
• The meeting notice to the membership

4. Vendors may attend meetings only at the special invitation of the host chairperson and
   with the approval of the Steering Committee. It will be made clear to vendor guests that
   their attandance is not an open invitation to attend subsequent meetings.

5. Meetings will be scheduled for the SECOND THURSDAY of each of the following
   months
